For many adults on the autism spectrum and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, living more independently is an important life goal. At Ascendigo, we’re committed to providing the support, structure, and opportunities that help individuals build confidence, develop life skills, and thrive in their communities.
We currently have an opening in our Women’s House Residential Program for a woman age 21 or older who is ready to take the next step toward greater independence in a safe, supportive environment.
A Home Designed for Growth
Our residential program empowers participants to build the skills needed for greater independence while receiving individualized support from experienced staff. Residents work toward personal goals while enjoying the comfort of a welcoming home and meaningful opportunities to connect with others.
Through the program, participants can develop skills such as:
- Daily living and household routines
- Meal planning and cooking
- Personal care and wellness
- Community participation
- Social and communication skills
- Building confidence and self-advocacy
Every individual’s journey is unique, and our team works alongside each resident to create personalized supports that foster growth, independence, and a fulfilling quality of life.
