I am thrilled to share that Conlan McGough has accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer, effective 8/4/2025.
Conlan has been an integral part of Ascendigo for many years, he joined the team as seasonal staff way back in June of 2014. Most recently, he has been serving as the Senior Director of Operations and Adventures. His journey through the organization reflects not only his depth of capability but also his unwavering dedication to our mission: to elevate the spectrum by empowering people, inspiring lives, and shattering expectations. Over the years, Conlan has consistently demonstrated strong operational leadership, cross-functional insight, and a value-driven approach to guiding teams and supporting programs. He exudes the Ascendigo Way.
In this expanded role, Conlan will assume executive responsibility for organization-wide operations, with a strategic emphasis on quality assurance, compliance, risk management, and operational alignment across all departments and service lines. His focus will include strengthening internal systems and processes, ensuring regulatory excellence, and supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement as Ascendigo evolves to meet the growing needs of our community.

He is a trusted thought partner, a mission-first leader, and a steady hand when things get complicated.
