Introducing Ascendigo Life Enrichment Skills Trainer & Culinary Arts Coach, Andy! . Andy, otherwise known as Captain Ascendiglow, has been with Ascendigo for a little over a year! Andy is a relentlessly positive member of the Ascendigo family. Some of the favorite aspects of his job entail the daily interactions with his clients and seeing the world through their eyes while he helps them along the way. He loves his fellow Ascendigoers and the ability to collaborate with such an incredible group of people. . A very interesting fact is that he is proud father to his two children, Lulu and Otis, and dog dad to Nugget! Oh! Her favorite part about being a Skills Trainer is getting to see when one of her clients starts using a skills she has been working on them with. She also LOVES the many different activities they get to do and seeing clients get really into something they have never done or seen before! . An interesting fact about Nina is that she was born on Highway 82 right next to the Aspen Airport! We are currently looking for Skills Trainers and/or RBT’s to start asap in our Life Enrichment (Adult) Program. Starting pay is $17-$19/hour for Skills Trainers and $19-$21 for RBT’s depending on experience. . Skills Trainers who get their RBT certification (40-hour online course) get a $2 raise upon completion! Day and evening shifts available (sleep pay is $15/hour). . ABOUT THE FILMMAKER: @bjarneyludviks studied film making and directing at the Icelandic Film School and later International Marketing at the University of Iceland. She is well known within Iceland for her successful charitable projects. . Her number one hobby is to shed a positive light on autism and she has done this with and through her autistic son Brynjar Karl, who earned his nickname "the LEGO boy" because, at the age of 10, he built a 6.33-meter long replica of the TITANIC out of 56,000 LEGO bricks! . Meet, Ryan, one of Ascendigo's incredible Skills Trainers for our Life Enrichment program! Ryan has been with Ascendigo for almost a year now and we are so blessed to have her kind and warm personality as a part of our direct staff! . I have worked for Ascendigo for 11 months. When we asked Ryan what her favorite part about working for Ascendigo was, she answered, "My favorite part of working for Ascendigo is learning from our participants (probably more than they learn from me) and growing together!" . A fun fact about Ryan is she has lived in not one, not two, but THREE foreign countries! .
